Our Working with Mindfulness course is approved by the National Counselling Society and provides you with the confidence and skills you need to practice mindfulness. It also teaches you how to reduce your stress, improve your positive outlook, and support you on your journey to living a mindful life.
This course enables you to develop, practice and teach pragmatic mindfulness in a personal, social or professional capacity.
During the course, there will be guided meditation sessions and plenty of time for questions and discussions. Upon completing the course, you will become proficient in using or working with Mindfulness-based techniques. You will learn and further explore a variety of meditation practices, including:
Mindfulness of Breathing, Body Scan meditation and Compassion meditation.
We will share tools and techniques for use in everyday life to help calm the mind and deal with difficult situations.
