Empower Yourself to Support Clients with Confidence and Compassion

drug and alcohol awareness

Are you supporting individuals who struggle with anxiety? Whether you're a therapist, educator, or care professional, our 'Working with Anxiety ' course will equip you with the tools, understanding, and confidence to make a meaningful impact.

Anxiety can be a silent and exhausting burden—limiting growth, damaging relationships, and eroding confidence. Without the proper support, people may turn to short-term coping mechanisms that only reinforce their fears.

This CPD-accredited course gives you a deeper understanding of how anxiety works in the mind and body—and more importantly, how to help individuals break free from its grip.

Why Take Our Working with Anxiety Course?

To work effectively with anxiety, you need more than empathy; you need insight. This course explores how uncertainty fuels anxiety, how the brain and body respond to perceived threats, and how panic and avoidance patterns are maintained.

You'll gain practical strategies for calming the nervous system, reducing overwhelm, and helping individuals build emotional resilience.

What to Expect

In just three focused hours, you'll learn:

  • The science behind anxiety and the brain's fear response
  • The different types of anxiety disorders and how they present
  • How to assess risk factors and identify triggers
  • Evidence-based techniques for managing anxiety
  • How to create personalised, effective support plans
  • The importance of promoting self-care for both clients and practitioners

This is a live, interactive online course designed to provide you with tools you can use immediately—whether in clinical practice, educational settings, or frontline support roles.

Meet Your Trainer

You'll be guided by Suzanne Skeete, Senior Mental Health Lead and Designated Safeguarding Lead, with over 17 years of experience in supporting individuals with anxiety and depression. Suzanne brings a wealth of expertise, compassion, and practical insight that will empower you to grow in both confidence and capability.

What a hugely empowering three days. As a master practitioner and well experienced successful mind wellness specialist nonetheless I always appreciate the value of learning something new to add to my arsenal of tools to improve first of all my life and then those of who I serve. Suzanne and her training did not let me down. It was so refreshing to meet wonderful experience people who were willing to learn more like myself and to enjoy the fruits of a fully comprehensive three day course. Fantastic value well worth the money! I highly recommend this course.

Advanced EFT training. I felt very comfortable almost immediately due to Suzane’s lovely manner. Suzanne was very positive so even though I didn’t feel confident initially I quickly grew in my confidence. The demos were great and really helpful. I loved that we got to learn a bit, practise and learn then the next bit. I found that my confidence and competence grew quickly so that by Sunday I was working with both confidence and competence Just loved the training! Thank you Suzanne

I have just finished my EFT Advanced practitioner training. The course was well delivered and clearly explained. Suzanne created a welcoming group with a space fostered to feel safe and comfortable enough to explore personal experiences and ask questions. Plenty of opportunities to practice and ask for reassurance and clarification. Personally I have been able to work through some of my own personal negative beliefs. Professionally I am sure this will help many of my current and future clients and I have the confidence to take this forward.

I recently completed the Menopause Nutrition and wellbeing CPD course with Suzanne, and it was such an incredible experience. The training was highly informative and Suzanne is professional and still warm and welcoming.

I have now completed the Advanced EFT Training and the Trauma Release Training and both experiences have been amazing. I love the way Suzanne creates a safe informal atmosphere, even online, making her so approachable whilst at the same time provides so much content, knowledge and expertise. There are so many opportunities to practice, ask questions and feedback allowing for a great learning experience. Highlights are always exploring the different techniques and tools, getting the opportunity to observe a demonstration in real time before trying it out yourself. With EFT there is always something for everything - the gift that keeps on giving. You are left with excitement and eager to put into practice what you have learned. The materials provided are easy to understand and instructive so you can revisit this as often as you need. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Very interesting and enlightening training, building on my experience and knowledge. Suzie was again just amazing in how she delivers the session. The practical demonstrations are very emotional and she deals with the scenarios and situations in a perfect way so the whole group can feel the process. I would definitely recommend this and other training courses delivered by TT Training

I recently completed EFT training with Suzanne and it was one of the most powerful and beautifully held learning experiences I’ve had. Suzanne creates such a warm, safe and grounded environment. Her passion for EFT is clear, but what really stands out is how compassionately and steadily she holds the group, especially when vulnerability arises. The training had a great balance of theory and practice, with rich group sharing, plenty of space for questions, and thorough handouts to support continued learning. The regression tapping process was profoundly impactful for me and brought a real sense of closure and integration. I would wholeheartedly recommend this training to anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of EFT in a well-structured and deeply supportive space.
