EFT Supervision

Support, Growth, and Ethical Practice for EFT Practitioners

EFT supervision is an essential resource for all practicing EFT practitioners. It enables you to work effectively with your clients and provides a safe space for you to explore challenging client issues. This support helps create the best possible results and experiences for your clients.

So Why is EFT Supervision Important?

It supports your ongoing professional development and ensures ethical and effective client care and experiences. By focusing on your application of EFT principles and techniques in practice, EFT supervision helps you develop your skills, boost your confidence, and gain a deeper understanding of the EFT process. Furthermore, it helps you to stay updated with best practices.

How Do EFT Supervision Sessions Work?

In order for you to develop your practice and enjoy a safe place to explore any challenges we provide the following:

1-2-1 Supervision

Our 1-2-1 supervision offers a unique opportunity for you to delve into specific cases, explore any personal challenges you may be facing, and receive personalised feedback designed just for you. This dedicated space is created to ensure you feel safe and supported, allowing for open and honest dialogue as you work through your experiences and growth.

Group Supervision

We offer small group supervision to provide everyone with the opportunity to explore, share experiences, and learn from one another. If you have your own group and prefer a supervision session specifically for you and your team, please let us know. Additionally, we hold a monthly group supervision session on the first Thursday of every month at 6 PM.

Group Reflective Practice Sessions

These sessions provide an invaluable opportunity for everyone to reflect deeply on their individual work experiences. Designed as a safe and supportive environment, these sessions encourage open dialogue and the sharing of insights among peers. By engaging in constructive discussions, you can enhance your professional practice and learn from one another's challenges and successes.

How Often do I Need EFT Supervision?

We recommend that every practicing EFT Practitioner has regular EFT Supervision. This can either be on a 1-2-1 basis or in a group. In fact we require 12 hours of supervision each year, if attending group sessions or at least 6 hours of 1-2-1 sessions per year.

What are the benefits of regular EFT Supervision?

  • It provides the perfect opportunity to improve our work
  • Enables you to focus on your therapist-client relationship
  • They provide the opportunity to brainstorm any difficult client issues
  • Supervision helps therapists feel more capable and secure in their practice
  • You can keep up to date with any new developments with EFT
  • It regularly increases your knowledge and skills
  • Providing support for your own emotional awareness, wellbeing and development as a practitioner
  • Regular supervision provides the opportunity to address and personal or professional challenges that may arise in practice
  • They provide a safe space for therapists to process their own reactions to their work
