Nurturing Mental Health and Wellbeing for Children and Families

Children's Mental Health and Wellbeing Services

Turn2Us Children's Division provides essential mental health and wellbeing services for young people aged 4 to 18 across the UK. Our dedicated Mental Health Support Team is highly experienced in delivering professional counselling, therapy, training, and workshops, both online and in person, to children, teachers, and families. We are here to support children and young people when they need it most, ensuring their mental health needs are addressed before they escalate to crisis point.

We take a holistic approach to children’s mental health, focusing on emotional wellbeing and prevention. Our services are tailored to meet the individual needs of each child and their family, and we’re proud to have achieved outstanding results through our 1-2-1 counselling sessions, group workshops, and family support. By prioritising early intervention and prevention, we help children build resilience and navigate life's challenges with confidence.

Our team of highly skilled counsellors and mental health specialists has over 30 years of combined experience. Every counsellor is fully trained and equipped with a diverse set of tools, including EFT, NLP, CBT, Mindfulness, Matrix Reimprinting, and Picture Tapping. This allows us to deliver personalised care that combines counselling, therapy, mentoring, and coaching in ways that work best for each young person.

Who We Work With

Since 2013, Turn2Us has worked closely with over 78 schools and colleges, supporting more than 33,500 children and young people. The majority of our referrals come from schools, Social Services, Family Support, Barnardo’s, and CAMHS, enabling us to work collaboratively with schools, councils, and agencies to provide long-lasting support for families facing challenges.

We offer a wide range of services tailored to the needs of schools and communities, including 1-2-1 counselling, parenting classes, teacher training, and group workshops. Additionally, we partner with larger projects funded by government or social investors, working towards impactful change on a broader scale.

At Turn2Us, we’re committed to ensuring that every child, young person, and family receives the support they need to thrive emotionally and mentally. Together, we can create a brighter future for the next generation.

Our Mission Statement

Our commitment remains clear: to support, to uplift, and to create lasting, positive change. We are dedicated to nurturing the growth and well-being of those we work with, as we work toward brighter futures for all.

"I just wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for all your hard work and commitment over the past two years supporting the DLP project and the schools involved. Your input has been consistently thoughtful, compassionate, and impactful, and I know it’s been truly appreciated by staff and students alike." Sean, DLP Project Lead, Greenwood Academy

"It is clear to see that some of our hard to engage children have really benefit from the support they have received this academic year. We have had so much positive feedback from the students and overall I would say that there is significant positive impact." Andrew, Tile Cross

"As I reflect on how far I’ve come, I’m reminded that I wouldn’t be here — truly wouldn’t — without the support I received from you both during the darkest times of my life. When I felt like there was no way forward, no hope, you both were there. Even when it might have seemed easier to give up on me, you didn’t. You stayed. You believed. You gave me reasons to keep fighting when I couldn’t find them myself." Anna, Truly Outstanding Student
