In other words, when we don't sleep well, we don't feel like ourselves. Instead, we are demotivated and lack concentration. As a result of a lack of motivation and concentration, we can experience many negative problems, such as work or relationships.

When we set aside time to worry about things during the day, we can process our thoughts. As a result, we don't have to worry at night and can sleep more quickly and have a better rest.
