Turn2Us Supervision
Supervision for SENDCO, SLT, DSL and Children’s Services Professionals
You care for others but, who cares for you?
Educational Supervision

At TT Training T/A Turn2Us, we provide professional, insightful, and supportive educational supervision for a wide range of teams working in education and child welfare sectors. Our tailored supervision services are designed to support SENDCO (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinators), DSL (Designated Safeguarding Leads), SLT (Senior Leadership Team), as well as all agencies involved in the care, protection, and development of children and young people.
Educational Supervision for SENDCO Teams
As a SENDCO, you're at the heart of supporting students with additional needs, ensuring they receive the right guidance, resources, and interventions. We understand the challenges that come with this vital role, and our educational supervision offers a confidential space for SENDCOs to reflect on their practice, tackle challenges, and enhance their leadership skills.
What We Offer:
- Reflective Practice: Space to discuss and reflect on your role in supporting children with additional needs.
- Personal & Professional Development: Tailored sessions to address both the emotional and strategic aspects of your work.
- Support for Complex Cases: Guidance on managing difficult cases and implementing effective strategies.
- Collaboration and Networking: Opportunities to share best practices with others in similar roles.
Supervision for Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSL)
As a DSL, your responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of children is paramount. Our supervision services are designed to support you in your complex role, offering guidance on safeguarding, legal matters, and best practices for handling sensitive situations.

Supervision for Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
Supporting your Senior Leadership Team (SLT) through tailored supervision can significantly enhance their effectiveness and well-being. Offering dedicated, reflective space for SLT members helps them navigate complex challenges, strengthen their decision-making, and foster a collaborative, growth-focused environment. With regular supervision, leaders can gain clarity, reduce stress, and maintain a healthy work-life balance, enabling them to lead with confidence and resilience. By investing in the professional development and emotional support of your SLT, you ensure they’re equipped to inspire, guide, and sustain a thriving school community.
